20 page manuscript needs editor

Mr. Hooper has a 20 page (one sided) manuscript that needs editing.

In his words, "It is entitled: PROTECT YOURSELF when ATTACKED for Little Guys & Gals and Old Geezers Too. That should give you a feel for what it's about. I need to submit the final draft by 11/9/10 for publishing."

He hopes to find someone who would do this at a reasonable charge.
